Blog script ideas?

I'm creating a basic to use blog script based on my older script but I want a few features which could change someone opinion from 'i'll give it a miss' to 'i'll use it!'. All ideas appreciated from backend stuff to frontend.

Definitely an easy to edit CSS layout so it can be implemented in to a current website design. Preferable a nice back end. A lot of the scripts have just neglected it which is annoying! Support for images in posts and BB code?
