    Smile Green Giant Pillow

Previously known as the 'Green Wooly Pillow' on the UK hotel.

When we first merged in to the US hotel, on the 10th June 2010, the Green Giant Pillow (or Green Wooly Pillow for those of you who originated from the UK hotel!) was in the marketplace and selling for around 60 to 65 coins (or Credits for those of you who originated from the UK hotel!). At this point in time, however, the trading market was very unstable as we were settling in to the new EN hotel and all the values were a bit up and down. It wasn't too long until they dropped to around 45 to 50 coins and it was at this point that I made the mistake (or what seems like a mistake so far) of buying around 50 of them, paying 45-50c per! They stayed around the same price for about a week, maybe longer and then began to drop again until they reached around 22 to 28 coins. Once again, they were up and down but stayed in that price range. Today, however, they're around 40 coins in the market place.

What do you think could happen to the price of the Green Giant Pillow in the future? Either the near future or the far future, do you think they'll drop/increase or stay stable?

With your story, this is happening to all of the furni, with a few exceptions and it may take a little while longer for furni to rise in price
I blame mainly the marketplace because so many furnis just keep going down in prices, when owner see a cheaper price in mp, they are forced to lower their price even more otherwise they won't be able to sell

I haven't seen much trade with green pillow so I prob might not be of much help on this furni, but you could try find a cheaper offer than this currently, this might help to see if the pillows are going down

I think this furni will stop going down when the price is cheap enough, people will start buying and keep them, but I'll keep a look out for green pillows

I feel that with the Marketplace they will decrease in price. Because, many people don't bother going on bobbavalues, habbox etc and just look at the averages, and the averages I have looked at in the past and present have mostly gone down.

I made a mistake like this with the frost dragon. I brought one for 374c back when that was a good price just after the merge.

made the same mistake with g nellies, paid 13 pure t's for 26 of them and look at them now
I've noticed a similar trend with the white pillow also. hopefully they'll rise but with the market place nothing is stable.

I think by tomorrow these will be back at the average on the marketplace. You often find that richer people, when they see one of their items isnt in the marketplace they will place one on at a higher price. Then another person puts one on 1c less etc, they do this a few times. Then someone comes along and puts one on at like 10C above the MP average, and then they stop putting them on. Then in a few days time someone will just place one on at the MP average etc etc.

It's hard today to say 'THIS WILL GO UP' as most things now, because of the marketplace are staying around the same price, fluctuating 5% either side. It's the rarer items that go up and down more, as these are traded more in rooms rather than in the marketplace. It seems by the introduction of the marketplace, that things have been set a price by Habbo in the catalog, because of the averages that everyone sticks to. It would be the best day ever, if Habbo would remove the average price function. Keep the marketplace, as it is a good thing, but get rid of the average. This way items will change in value more, like the good old days when no one could track averages.
    I've left. I'm back.
    ~Dan
