I cannot appeal my Ban

I was unfairly banned years ago on one of my accounts, and have consistently tried appealing. I decided to try again since I finally got my super old account's password (a different story). Every time i place my banned habbo's name and then email in the help tool, I get an error page...

this is frustrating. Sure it has been years, but it isn't like they have ever replied to my appeal. not even a reply. So, maybe if it stops giving me errors, i'll get a chance. =/

The help tool has been a bit dodgy recently - I'd wait for them to fix the new one.

It might just be worth putting in your current Habbo name and citing the old name in the email itself. Must be frustrating but at least that way you can appeal!
