for a newbe you should maybe min and semlt bronze then go up

High combat isn't required for making money, unless you're selling something like dragon bones.

The best ways are normally -

Fishing
Mage (Used for high alch, ect)
Crafting
Fletching
Smithing
Mining
Runecrafting is useful too. (Helps with mage, so you don't spend money on runes)

i was lvl 3..but i had exprience. When runecrafitng just came out. I was mining rune esnce. since it dont need much mining. I sold 1k of em for 100k. That time santas were 150k-200k. [and yes if someone sas they were nver 150k, then ur a complete noob] i just buy sell santas then then got a blue mask then buy sell...after like 3 weeks doing the same thing i bought a purple p hat for 2.3 mil then just marchet and got to 10 mil then traded 10 mil for 20 thrones....it was a year ago lol but just to give u an idea of how to make money.
