I was a little bored and started to look around the tools around Google. I know you can view your search history, but it also tells you how many searches you have made on particular dates and how many you have in total. You have to have an account with Google to use it though.
I don't think mine will be 100% accurate since I'm not logged in every time I search.

I'm never logged in when I do a Google Search, and a while ago I cleared any data Google had on my searches in my account... it's easily in the 10's of thousands I should think though!!
