So yesterday I drove one for a short period of time, it was one of my dads friends. can honestly say I've never felt acceleration like it, except for like a plane or rollercoaster obviously.. my insurance covered me to drive it as well, 3rd party extension ftw anyone else driven one or anything like it? I'm pretty sure someone on here owns one actually..

I drove my older brothers evo fq360, only went in a straight line mind but it was scary brown trouser acceleration. Isn't it Jesus that has one? Not sure if his is the STI though, what year was the one you drove and was it an STI?

I have never driven a subaru before, but i have been in one and they are *REMOVED* fast.

My dad recently bought one.. it feels frickin' amazing when your being driven around in it.

Ah well, pretty much all scoobies are fast anyways, has he ever raced while you were in it? I hate being in a car with someone who is driving really fast unless I trust them and their driving skills. Like for example when my older brother took me out he was driving like a mad man and it was the first time I'd ever been in a car with him going fast so I hated it but if it was my other brother who I ride around with a lot I would of enjoyed it if that makes sense. I trust my dad but the older he gets the more his driving skills will begin to deteriorate but he's still in his prime now so all is good.

hai, it's me who owned one. it drank fuel and ate tyres, was pretty fun though. i've now got a clio 172 and to be honest this can keep up with wrx imprezas all day long, believe it or not. sti ones are a different story...

Yeh I can believe it, a while ago we raced an 02 WRX in a clio williams 3 2.0 and it was a pretty equal race.

good effort, bet he was gutted. the guy who couldn't keep up with me was! wrx ones are overrated, as i've discovered. they may look and sound cool but if you're looking for speed, a little shed of a clio will do the same job.
