Arcade tournament broken [FIXED]

I was just looking through the arcade tournaments, and I found an old one that seems to be broken.

gangsteragent and :Holliee,x haven't progressed to the next round, even though they won their matches.
It's an old tournament, so I'm sure nobody will mind if it's just deleted, but I thought that with the extra attention that the arcade will be getting now, it's best to fix it up

I have advanced both the winners - not quite sure why the arcade didn't do it itself.

Most of the problems we have with the arcade and boy we have quite a few are within the plugin, obviously we didn't make the plugin ourselves and it does have some flaws which are quite bad - we're hoping none of them crop up whilst our current Tournament of Champions is going on
