New Game HELP!!!

So I am going to buy a new game. I am either going to buy UFC 2010 Undisputed or Fifa 2010 World Cup South Africa. I don't know which one to get though. Help?

If you allready have fifa 10 theres no point getting thr world cup game.. id go for UFC

I'm thinking I might get the two, but second hand so they'll be cheap. Not sure though.

i know its not an option but it would probs be the best out of them.
