The circle doesn't even look like it's behind hardly. It's like it could easily fall forward, also it's uneven at one side.

the sparkles still seem a bit clogged together, seperate them and try to vary the size a bit more. Also the fact you have a fixed sparkle on there makes it seem a bit :S
