CANT MERGE :/

Hey everyone. Im trying to merge an old account. I click activate your UK account here and enter my details. User/Pass. Then I press next and the page just refreshes and says enter the security code? I enter it and it just refreshes and says the same thing. I know Im not entering it wrong as Ive tried it about 20 times. Ive tried to merge on another browser and it says the same thing? Help!

You need the same account password as prfile password. Reset both to the same password and it should work.

I am having the same problem with an old account.. I cannot make sure that the profile and account passwords are the same because it does not recognise me having an account because I cannot merge.
