What good software is there for call logging? e.g writing down everything a customer says ect. Yes i know you can use a piece of paper but i need it via the pc.

don't think anything like that exists, you can record the voice, but i don't think any voice recognition is advanced enough to sell for something like that?

If you need automated speech-to-text logging you'd need some pretty sophisticated logging software to distinguish each letter, especially considering accents and such like.
Your best bet is voice recording.
