Why do staff always remove their -reps?

Just curious to know why staff always remove their -reps :s? Even if it is for a good reason?

I don't remember ever removing any -rep myself. Although I have reported a few in the past.

This. If I genuinely have a problem with it (e.g. it's a pointless rep, sometimes their reason actually contridicts their own post) then I will report it. If I don't (which all of my posts are constructive etc), then I won't.

I personally think Brandon should not remove every single rep reported.. I love the guy but you just have to write "pointless" and he will remove it

It shouldn't be removed if the -rep was issued for a good reason. Brandon only removes pointless/unnecessary ones.

He does not remove every single reputation reported, and staff cannot remove their own reputation. Additionally your role at Habbox has no influence on the probability of Brandon removing the reputation (how do I know? I've had reputation not removed in the past, and disputed the situations with Brandon )

I know for a fact that brandon only removes reputation he believes breaks the reputation rules

It should just be left, I've reported it in the past but it's stupid to get so bent out of shape about it.
