I have a new laptop, like 2 days old and When I've recently started playing music, the speakers crackle occasionally. Is this because it is new?

Doubt it, most likely poor sound quality

Most likely shoddy speakers. Occasionally crackling can be caused by hardware acceleration but this is unlikely on a new computer (usually old hardware which doesn't fully support it).
