Yes because theres rumours before that bots were coming, retro owners know nothing.

Retro owners don't need Habbo to make there own bots..
and i doubt habbo will be creating bots..
and umm
go to the Welcome Area and check out the bot thats there or to a public space with a person that gives you drinks or stuff like that
those are bots..
