Because whilst the name is common, there is no harm in you using an individual's username or their full name of Richard. It would primarily be used in a rude manner and therefore will not be removed. Again this is non-negotiable and, whilst we appreciate your feedback, it's not going to happen so there is little point in this thread remaining open.
