It will have something to do with activity but I'm not sure on how long they need to be online for. I guess it will be 3 hours like the trading pass

It needs to be active for 3 days, has to be in the Hotel at least an hour and have an active trading pass. I remembered trying this once, I made an account called MissAliceTaylor and I like it so much I still use that account, regardless it's now a year and half old.
