Really nice layout few tips, the middle banner is fuzzy as a fox, some things have been stretched wayyyy too far.

I'm not too keen on it myself, the flash makes it look a little scruffy and the stock photo of the woman scares me a little
Best of luck with it, personally I'm not fond of the design.
