You've just got to be there and you've got to keep talking a load of random crap. You also have to dress quite uniquely to get noticed on Habbo, don't try to look attractive or normal, look a complete weirdo so people remember you (and for heavens sake, choose a look and stick with it!). Send the popular people friend requests and when you see them, shout their name followed by a love heart to show you've noticed them and soon enough they'll notice you.

The main thing to become "liked", "popular" or "noticeable" on Habbo is just to separate yourself from the crowd, you've got to be different in your own way and refrain from copying and sucking up. Attend as many events as possible too. You also shouldn't type like a n00b or display any other traits of a n00b.
