Working on it, though it's proving to be a pain to get the format needed (query isn't running fast enough)

we couldn't get them mod/ admin only. So they had to be disabled.

Hey, we've hit a few problems with the development of the quote notifications, although Jamesy does never give up once it was realised that the system to fit our needs would crash our server every time it ran I have asked James to place this lower down the list of priorities. It recieved a lot of attention from the team and extra bodies from the site coder team, but we won't continue to fight for a lost cause - equally we won't give up totally and further tests shall be conducted.

In terms of mod bars, this idea has been withdrawn upon an agreement between Forum and General Management due to the fact that we cannot perfect a plugin to only allow certain groups to use them.

Jamesey why not just get it to update say 100 members a hour? so the sever doesn't crash because doing 30k members quotes and updating would never work we both know that i'd have a big crash.

The plan was to have a list on the usercp of the last x quoted posts, and the query to get them takes a long time due to its complexity. The only real solution is to make a new table but I'm not particularly thrilled about doing that.
