taken from oli's post earlier. why don't the banners end when the skin does?? i think it would look so much sleeker and cute w/o the banners being wider than the width of the forum??

I always prefered it to stretch like that and feel like a cap. However its not the first time people have mentioned this to me, and for the next skin (fingers crossed V6 Site Skin) it won't be like that
