Visitor Messaging Alert

Would it be possible to get an optional alert like you get with PMs for Visitor Messages?

I personally don't really see the need for it but that's because I'm fine with having the notification bar but if many other people would like an option to turn it on/off then I do not really see a problem with it.

I meant an alert where you can press ok to see it or cancel not to, like you can get with PMs.

Yeah I know what you meant but what about the green bar that appears saying "You have 1 new Visitor Message" or w/e it says

As someone who has never had or liked the alerts I cant see the need for it either.

Ohh right. Personally I'd hate that but as long as it's optional I don't mind I think the green bar you get is noticeable enough though
