    Default Looking for a PC..

Ok, I am looking for a computer for a friend.

They would like 4gb ram and a quad core processor, with a decent hard drive (doesn't need to be massive, but a fairly good size would be good). They mainly use it for movies, downloading things, but also some other stuff. A monitor is not needed.

Any suggestions? (Apart from simply putting dell.co.uk or something!)

This used to be true due to manufacturers taking overhead however nowadays because they buy in bulk it can be more expensive to build it yourself. You also then have problems with support, warranty e.t.c.

Instead of talking about 'downloading songs off the internet' (which is not relevant to buying a pc at all..), can someone actually help?

I do not need to be told that building is better though tbf, I built my £1100 pc, but this is for a friend who is not 'tech-savvy'.

Sorry to be a bit rude, but genuine help is always appreciated..

Rapidshare: Preferably it would be good if it could be built in store, unless somebody builds a decent spec one on ebuyer?
