Ok so i know that before today many people didn't use Id and like me just used their username and password to sign onto habbo. Therefore not everyone knows their password.
Following this i had a problem , that when i requested my password via email i never recieved an email, and since visiting the helpdesk i have realised others have had this problem to,
So what i did was i went to the habbo help tool and wrote a short message explaining my situation, From here they sent me a message via email it read:
Please tell us:

* The Habbo user name:
* The date of birth entered when the Habbo account was registered:
* The email address you used to register your Habbo account:
* When you registered your Habbo account:
* Your Internet Service Provider (This is the company you pay for your Internet access):
* If you have bought Credits, when and how many?:
* How did you buy Habbo Credits? (SMS, credit card, prepaid cards, etc):
* Past email addresses registered on your Habbo account.:
* Names of your other Habbos:
* Any other information you think is important in this matter:

So if any of you cannot acess habbo and it may only be one in every few hundred people try the helptool,
Once the information you have wrote in cconfirmed to be correct they should help you retrieve back your pass word
