    want subs on a .avi movies i have, i have the subtitle file i just dont know how to set it up so it works on the movie


    I could burn it or watch it with vlc but i want to watch it through my xbox (usb stick)

    Encode the movie with subtitles and then put the movie on USB which will work

    I think AutoGK can encode the movie with the subtitles on top.

    Lemme guess, Animé or live action animé?

    Is there anyway to have optional subtitles? Both this and Handbrake only have forced subtitles.

    To do that you'd have to keep the subtitle file and avi file separate unless you're burning them to DVD.
