If you activate an old account and it has a '#' after its name, how do you get rid of it?

I don't think you can. Those signs got put on the accounts when there were more than one for the merge. For example if there was an Lizzie in the .co.uk and one in .sg The more active one would get the name for when they had merged and the other would have a sign added to it.

You might have to make a new account to get a new name as you wont be able to change it

There was normally an option to be able to change that account name. It normally comes up when you load the hotel. But Im guessing it's not. Not sure how you would get the option! But if you want, just make another account!
