So I clicked 'Community' while I was on my Habbo account 'Jimi' and this screen appeared :S!

I haven't got a clue who this is or have i ever owned such account, but by the looks of it I was logged in as this account. WHAT THE HELL? :S

I would imagine that's the unique numerical ID of your Habbo account, the very source ID as it were, and it glitched to showing that rather than your Habbo Name.

Couldn't of put it better myself. Nothing to worry about really, just a freak glitch that has showed your unique member code rather than your name.
