Well i downloaded a android game off the internet onto my PC the format is .APK where would i put this into Android so i can play it

Put it anywhere on your phone and then download a file manager (such as astro) from the market then locate the APK on your phone and open it.
Note that you need to enable third party installations on Android by going to settings > Applications > Enable third party first
I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.

Done all that, keeps saying Parse error :S

Most likely the application was made for a newer version of Android than what you have.
I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.

Uh, i got it working. Well actually installed then its a blank white screen all that work for nothing
