When I was in the help desk they muted me for ten minutes for saying 'phone' but I was actually helping someone buy credits from their phone. I wish they'd read the chat logs! You can actually send a CFH and tell them why you said it and they'd look into it and un-mute you. This only worked twice for me though.

I think it's cos it's automatic, if you say 3(i think) things which cause you to get a popup from warning you about your language you get muted.

I always get muted when i'm helping Roxy to sell Habbox Lottery tickets, the amount of times i have to say 'Number' or 'Numbers' now i have to say digits.
