Nah, there aren't any dice riggers on habbo anymore, and if there was, the users would keep it secret so that it doesn't get patched.used to fix usertitles n stuff

Any external softwares don't work for habbo now , after beta , I don't think any of this works

Dice rigger's aint worked in donks due to the patches they made. Basically, the program would inject packets once the dice is rolled and it would go to the number it was told to, but the packets changed for the dice's and the exploit was made practically impossible.
