She on the pill and you used a condom..
The pill is like 100% effective as long she not ill and the condom is 99.9% effective too..
One thing I was taught in school was to check the if the condom splits, and you squeze the 'sperm to the end' of the condom to see if there a leekage. I have to say..I never had a condom split before. Condoms are designed to break up completey soon there a hole or such as such. You must have noticed it.
