    Default Orange Phone

Sorry if this is wrong place.
Right basically, sometimes my phone does not recieve texts.
I'll be able to have a texting conversation with someone for hours, and then suddenly its like they've stopped texting me, and then they phone me and say "why aren't you replying".
So my phone likes to stop receiving texts but still sends them and phone calls etc. work fine.
and to make it even more confusing, it's only with the number of the person I wanted to text and had been texting for ages. any other person can text me and I can reply :S :L

    Thanks for any help

It could either be your phone or your carrier. I recommend hard resetting your phone. You can find instructions on how to do this via Googling '<phone model> hard reset'.

If it's still no dice after that, get a replacement phone from your network, see if the problem persists.

    Make it blue.

Srs tho, take it to the orange shop, they'll fix it or at least tell you what to do.

Will hard-resetting it not remove all my things on there?

Yeah I was thinking of doing this, but I wondered if anyone else had the same problem or knew what to do

    Thanks anyway

Yes, hard resetting it will restore it back to factory default as it was the day you got it.
