Do you normally do that much exercise in one go? You have probably just worn yourself out lolol. Sit down and relax for the rest of the day!
When you exercise excessively you get a build up of Lactic acid which causes a burning pain in your leg muscles, leave it a few days and if it doesn't get better seek further medical help.
burning pain, hmm well like to me its more of a very very heavy ache had it for 3 daysit hurts low down on my legs when i walk or run and then when i bend my knees it aches below the knee
and grippz no i dont normally do tghat much cos thta day i had the mean mr lama pe teacher ;S so yeh but ive had it for 3 days so![]()

Did you stretch before you ranit's a good idea to stretch first or do a small warm up ect. I suspect you haven't used those muscles for a while so that is maybe why there a bit sorer. I suggest you wrest for a bit but it shouldn't be anything to worry about if there still sore after a week then maybe contact your doctor because you could have maybe pulled a muscle or something +Rep
i do pe twice everyweek and walk to school n back everyday so; but yeh we strectch 3 diff things ;l and did a 2 min warm up then i had to wait 12 minutes before i could run and my legs r sore and i hasve to go up 4 stair cases to get to my form every dayDid you stretch before you ranit's a good idea to stretch first or do a small warm up ect. dont remind me i gotta go up like 15 mil staircases tomoz and i have 3 peforming art lessons my legs still really ache soand no i didnt cool down cos the person just didnt atleast u had it on weekend i had it since monday + i walk to school but it kills to just wake up
