It looks really good, love the shading on the cape
The left arm looks abit wierd tho

The arms look to thin and it looks like he's gripping the staff thing with his wrist.

I can tell the arm is just c&p on!
I don't like the hair at the back.. It just looks odd and blocky. There's a line connecting the hair to the cape... Why? :S

Like others have said, the arm is not positioned right. I'd like to see a bit more detailing on the staff itself (not the glow etc.) and his clothes. Also the back of his hair doesn't look nice to me with it going straight down like that.

Quite a good alt though .

The only problem I have with it is the thin-ness,
The whole thing looks slightly thin to me...
I love the shading on the neck thing though, I think that's really great
And the staff too, that's also great
