Did you save as .PNG looks a little blurry.
The hair is ok I guess.
The skirt is a little puffy.
The shoes look flat.
I don't get the bottom of the skirt, that square bit, no offence.
I love the shirt, just lacks a little shading!
The hair is quite nice tbh. But it's a little too pink!

Not a bad try, try shading with more vivid colours instead of only a slight different shade.

Thanks, I'm not very good to be honest, i tried to make the skirt look like a lamp-skirt. (One that puffs out) But it didnt go to plan... And i did save it as a PNG, but i resized it using Photobucket.. so it went blurry..
