Get the shoulder enchant from stone keeps shards/buy your way to exalted with sons of hodir.
Please get a third glyph..

On the money making front, you get out of it what you put in, you can't expect to do no work and reap the rewards.
Do your dailies, play the auction house, thats really the only way to make money outside of professions.

Best bet being a Retri Paladin, would be to get the AP on use Hit Trinket from Triumph badges.
