When will Halloween at Habbox start?

October Time. Most probably near the end as it is a bit too soon to be getting it ready now.

Only joking, I would guess the events department are planning something, maybe roxy can confirm it (they might not be!). I actually forgot all about it but I'm sure the competitions department will think of more Halloween-themed competitions later in the month as well
