VB 4.0.5 Help Needed!

so I a fairly new to VB and was wondering how I go about adding / removing things from the navbar and the tabs above the navbar?

Also custom myBB codes dont seem to be working I check my codes over and over but still dont seem to get much luck

Any help would be Amazing thank you in advance

I suggest switching to IP.Board. It is a superior solution and much easier to use, you will find what you are looking for on that forum board.
