okay so basically habbo have done something really pointless which just causes more problems (is that something new?)

in exchange for:


the old pages were used to reset individual account passwords. so those accounts yet to be linked to ID's (unmerged or very old accounts) are impossible to reclaim the password for without emailing in if you've forgotten them. I just find it ever so pointless and don't understand what the purpose of getting rid of them was, they were there a week or so ago.

also again if your account's still aren't on an ID you can no longer request a "list of accounts" if you'd forgotten names of old accounts before the updates.

ugh.

Well, I didn't forget my password, just my e-mail got hacked so I knew I had to change it, and in the process I lost my US account. So I changed the new email password to my US account password, and ended up finding that account and 2 lost accounts. I don't think this would work for you I'm just saying some old accounts can be retrieved. So harm in trying.

My post wasn't pointless, as you said it was impossible where I shared my story and told you it wasn't.

I also have trouble with various accounts and passwords, also the list of account option is so annoying in my opinion, I tried it the other week and got nothing. So some accounts of mine are actually lost.

And, that window is just pointless, what's the point in asking for an e-mail address, when the e-mail address you need is either, lost, stolen or inactive.

Sorry about that, that could have also shown a post to be pointless, saying there was no point in trying I meant there was!

Also, if you have lost an account, they should really make a better way to retrieve it as sometimes an e-mail just isn't good enough.

They seem to be attempting to make it all more clearer by taking away all the small talk. Simpler doesn't always mean better.
