Groups

I'm pretty sure the group pages are messed up, No-one probs noticed because no1 uses them and they are pointless.

i can't join groups, cos everytime my donator runs out or i get banned or cautioned it changes the usergroup thingy
i'm sick of saying it to somebody to fix it......... i wanna join the canada group

I never join groups, only for HxSS because I know where to find them. I do find them a bit pointless based on the facts most groups don't apply to some of the users.

I've never used the groups. We're forever trying to increase posting on the forum - why give the option to post somewhere many people don't look / care about?

When Oli posted that poll saying whether groups should be kept, I voted no. I've yet to see a forum where they are successful and I think any promotion of them would simply create a mild rise before falling back again. I don't know how many would miss them if they were removed though.

Apparently there were going to be useful during HxSS - silly assumption to make when each team has their own section anyway

So yeah, I really don't see the point in them.

Yeah I noticed this bug before, but it's the most pointless thing on this forum. (Other than a few people ) I didn't bother reporting it. They do need to go.

They are not popular as people use the forums to post. No harm in keeping them.
