Basically i put like a £20 debt on my account over 2 years ago but we haven't received letters from them about it for like majority of those 2 years. My mum did try to pay it off but when she rang up she was told to come to the store and when she did they said she couldn't do it at that time and to come back again (but she totally forgot)

If i went in their to rent a game and they asked about the debt is there anyway i could get around it cause i don't fancy paying the debt right now, all i wanna do is rent a £6 game :L

I take it you're not old enough to rent from then then? Eitehr way, they're going out of business in the States so the same will happen over here.

I'm going to guess that when you try to purchase the game they will see on the account details about the charge and will probably ask you to pay it before taking the game away...

Not purchase. You don't need an account to purchase.

Also, i am old enough to rent games as im 17 but if i needed to rent 18 then i would use my brothers name because we are both on my parents renters list.

But they haven't contacted me in nearly 2 years asking to pay it so?

If it's not on your name then you're a different person, so use a different address or something. Or just rent a game using the internet...
