    Thumbs down My 02 Rant

    Well, im actually really ****** off right now.

    Today my new 02 phone arrived, i opened it, and to my delight, the screen was crack ( the LCD Bit ive been told) I was really annoyed, and well, I took it to my 02 store, and they said it is my fault. nothing they can do about it. so im sitting here with an unusable phone. Any ideas what i should do? and because my mum is paying for it, now she is shouting at me. constantly also blaming me. :@

    take it back to the o2 shop and tell them that its there fault, that it arrived like that. Its their problem not yours.

    and will people pleasssse stop saying 02. its O2, like oxygen..

    Customer service told me to take it to my local store, which I did.

    and from the 02 website.

    well ring them back and tell them that they were being ***** lol. Can you take it to another o2 store. or go to another person in the shop

    No other 02 stores close enough.

    And i went in twice, each time they went and got the store manager

    Got to the store and ask for their manager, then tell them that if they don't replace it that you'll take them to small claims court, I doubt they'll want that to happen so they'll probably give in.

    lol only thing you can do is ring o2 up and tell them to sort it for you. If they say they cant do anything, ask to speak to a supervisor. If they say they cant help, ask to speak to their supervisor. Keep escalating up until you get your answer. theyre in the wrong so dont give up

    Well, I was thinking of that, but he basically said nothing I can do, your fault, can I interest you in a new phone

    And I was considering Nokia repair, but under there terms it says user damage is not covered. and that's what 02 are saying it is, so i am not sure what to do, the Nokia repair is free, but it it breaks there terms (Which user damaged does) they charge you for the free pick-up and repair, so i don't know what to do
