Hey,
I recently turned my blog into a diet & exercise blog, I log everything I do throughout the day from what I eat to my workout. If there's any fitness people looking at this, maybe you could take a look at my diet and tell me if I'm doing anything wrong.
My goal is to lose as much weight as possible and at the same time raise money for starving familys in africa. My weight loss for their weight gain.
So your probably asking why am I asking about this in this section, well I'm looking for as many tips as possible to help me lose allot of weight but in a healthy way. How can I stop myself from becoming so tired & any healthy meals or ideas you may have that might help me.
As well as helping myself & those in Africa I want to lose allot of weight to inspire others.
