Cocktail dress

Basically i need to find a nice cocktail dress to wear for my 16th. Me and a few friends are getting dressed up to go somewhere nice (not entirely sure where yet though :L)

It's not until December but i have no idea what to wear or to look for, ive seen a couple of dresses i like in jane norman but nothing that really stands out.

Any suggestions would be helpful

Agreed, Jane Norman are just +o(
try Tara's suggested sites and shops, can't think of any more than that to recommend
Misselfridge has the best cocktail dresses imo
