I have about 6.7 million spare, Is there any 99 skills i can get with that sort of money? Ive nearly got 99 FM so dont say that. Im not a member but when i get my 99 FM ill buy membership.

cooking can be cheap, fletching is quite good as it makes you money, just not quick cash

If you're buying membership and have decent enough combat stats I'd suggest going to barb assault, getting yourself a master penance horn and getting 99 agil.
