I realllyyy want to get 99 Farming and yeh i no its gna take AGESS but i love the cape and emote soo i was wandering if anyone had a good farming guide? Thanks loads

You could try out RS wiki or any other runescape fansites like zybes and runehq.
For fast experience though, just plant the best trees and fruit trees you can, and once you start planting maples, yews and magics make sure you pay the farmer to look after them. That method will get you 99 Farming pretty quickily but it can be very expensive - 100M+.
Otherwise, just plant allotments and especially herbs since they can make you a lot of cash.
