HabboxForum is getting a skin which I'm currently using, hopefully people will like it!
Habbox should be getting a slight make over with some colour changing and what not, hopefully.

As far as I'm aware the official start date for Habbox Halloween 2010 is 23rd October, there's quite a lot of stuff planned so it'll all be quite exciting.

Wouldn't it make more sense to atleast release it today, otherwise it'll be a waste of time just for like 7ish days.

To be fair one week is good enough considering Halloween is really only a one day thing.
