    Default Windows 7 BSOD

Hi, just got my new computer this week. Bought from a company called DinoPC (came via courier, so returning it would be my last option.)

Anyway, it looks as though they haven't tested the system as basically 10 minutes into my first run of the system I got a BSOD. Since then I have had about 20 over the past three or four days. The BSOD reads "IRQL_EVEN_OR_LESS" or something along those lines. I've tried re-installing and updating drivers etc, tried a memory test but still have no idea what could be wrong!? I initially thought maybe the memory was faulty but I ran something called "MemTest86" and no errors came up so I'm really confused?

Really don't want the hassle of sending it back as I will then be without my computer for around two weeks so that is really the last option.

    Any help is appreciated!
    Thank you!

Return it, it's obviously faulty. They should cover the cost of the return shipping.

What happens if I have a problem with my PC?

If you have a problem with the PC and require technical support you can get in touch with us via the "live assistance" communication tool on the website or send an email via the "contact us" section on the website. We will reply with possible solutions, and if a hardware fault is confirmed by our technical support advisor we can proceed with collection process.
It does seem they will be willing to help in collecting the computer of you? That's if the website is: http://www.dinopc.com

I would still have to send it off though, and thus be without my computer for about two weeks, so if it's not a hardware fault I'd rather fix it myself, if it is a hardware fault then obviously I will have to return it.

Your BSOD is IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Send your computer back, it's a hardware issue.

It is a hardware fault and will most likely cost you money to fix yourself.

You should have some some searching on the site before you bought from them.
