    My second ps3 broke today, it has stopped reading ANY game, same issue as the last ps3 aswell, stopped reading games and then broke completly.

    i suggest u take it back to sony and ask them to fix it for FREE since this is ur second

    yeh, hopefully its still within warrenty, should be anyway. And i had rented out the new Medal of Honor for a week too, waste of money buying it if the ps3 broke

    I had that when I first bought mine. Went a few weeks playing it and then it wouldn't read anything

    My ps3 can still read normal dvds, but finds it hard to load up any bluray discs. Must be that the laser is dead

    if you send it to sony, they won't fix it, they'll replace it (in most cases). Save your game files

    My PS3 struggled to read Blu-rays for months, then died on me last week with Yellow Light of Death. I took it to an independent guy and the sole problem was dust build up. It now works perfectly, and at less than half the cost of Sony.

    so it could be a dust buildup inside my ps3 thats causing the problem?
