Habbo advising me not to use the marketplace?!

Well I was experiencing technical difficulties with the marketplace.
I was purchasing items, my creds were going but I was not getting the items I paid for.

I sent a help request and the advise I get..
..not to use the marketplace or any service expecting a guaranteed outcome :S


Yes, I have now solved the problem by reloading a few times but it annoys me when moderators never read my help requests properly!

Well thats daft then isn't it... if they dont want people using the market place then what the point in keeping it?

Oh Luke , I experienced that problem , Reloading fixes that
and to the reply , I am pretty sure they thought that they didn't understand the problem and just replied to it.

But they never read my calls properly. I usually have to re-send them a few times until a mod reads it properly

I once reported someone being on another of my accounts (before ID), and they simply said "If someone is annoying you press "shut up" button" -.-

I hate MODs...and even more so now that they are outsourced to places where English is a second language :|

Help Option is , to be honest , of no use.
If the matter is really serious , why don't you talk to redtiz on forum itself?
Talk to Puffin on her guestbook too , she replies most of the times.
