Acne.

For the past 6 months I've had a bad outbreak of acne. I've no idea why, I've got a good diet. I rarely eat junk food (if any) and I drink a lot of water. Does anyone know how I can get rid of acne fast?

- put sudocrem on it overnight
- wash face twice a day (DAB face LIGHTLY to dry it)

i've had the same problem these past couple months but i keep it at a minimum by using Neutrogena's Pink grapefruit face wash and face srcub it works for me due to having oily skin anyways but it differs for other people (use twice a day), also use sudocreme over night, that should reduce redness and or swelling of the area if there is :p

go to the doctor and get the special tablet things, don't get the roller stuff cos that does **** all

I had like red patch under my nose n the tablets kinda helped but then I went on the pill which you obv can't do and it improved

Another good tip is not to squeeze them, If you really need to squeeze them to get rid of the disgusting whiteness then make sure you wash that area afterwards.

Yeh basically, all of that horrible white stuff that comes out is spot causing bacteria so it will likely spread and cause additional spots.

yeah don't even touch your face at all
that's the main reason if i have one spot i end up having 3 or 4 more the next day >.> & if you're using products you might be allergic to some. or even allergic to something you eat. i got told to cut down on dairy because apparently my skin doesn't respond very well to it
